Incorrect Information in the Wallet

If your BlockWallet is displaying inaccurate information, don't worry. There are several ways to check and resolve the issue. The same steps can be applied to verify your balances, transaction history, or any other information you need to double-check.

Verify Your Balances on an Explorer

You can check your balances on a blockchain explorer like etherscan.io or a similar explorer for any other EVM network. Here are some examples of other blockchain explorers you can use:

Keep in mind that these are just a few examples and other blockchain explorers may be available for different networks.

Review your asset List

Your asset list may not be complete, so be sure to add any missing tokens to view all of your balances.

Refresh your balance

If your balance is incorrect, try refreshing it by switching networks. Simply select a different network, perform the switch, and then switch back to the original network.

If that doesn't work, you can perform a wallet reset, which will fetch all of your balances anew.

To do this, go to Settings > Account > Reset Account.

Before resetting, make sure to download the state logs first. If the reset is successful and your balances are now correct, you can discard the downloaded file.

You will need to add your custom tokens and networks again after the refresh.
